We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Administrator to support our projects team.
General Duties
- Support the day-to-day activities of project managers
- Take final inspection pictures
- Compile final inspection paperwork, and ensure that it is completed correctly and signed off as required
- Compile subcontractor paperwork and other datasheets if required
- Ensure all as-built/IFC drawings are the most recent and have the applicable stamps
- Make sure ABC schedules are completed
- Complete MRB index’s
- Build MRB package and send to DC for submittal
- Assist in weekly and monthly report preparation
- Maintain project filing including electronic files, project correspondence log; prepare and distribute select project transmittals
- Ensure that project coding is effectively used
- Update StruMIS software as required
- Coordinate hotel bookings for crews as required
- Additional duties as assigned
Secondary Support Activities
- Support MakLoc’s mission statement and foster continuous process improvement in all areas of responsibility
- Consistently conduct business in accordance with MakLoc’s values, policies, guidelines and established best practices
- Completion, documentation and timely distribution of all project related correspondence, records and reports
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all parties involved with project
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction/manufacturing preferably in the oil and gas sector
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe
- Office administration experience, in a worksite environment
- Sound experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google applications
- Must be able to pass a pre employment drug and alcohol test
